• All our blinds are made to order with highest QC control
• They are custom made and hence not eligible for return
  
• The maximum width that can be achieved for a blind is 58". Incase of a window with a width wider than 58", you will need more than one blind. Incase of a wider window, split the complete width into 2 blinds of same width. If the width of the individual blinds is more than 58", split the complete window width into 3 blinds.
  
  For example : 

1. Window width is 60"- Opt for two 30" width blinds
2. Window width is 110"- Opt for two 55" width blinds
3. Window width is 162"- Opt for three 54" width blinds
   

~ Gentle hand or machine wash in cold water
~ Use mild detergent.
~ Dry in shade or tumble dry in cold setting ONLY
~ Use a warm iron in linen setting
~ Dry clean 100% light block lining curtains
~ Shrinkage tolerence is less than 3% (Additional fabric is provided at the hem)

DISPATCH:
~ All orders are processed and dispatched within 7-8 business days. No Dispatches on Sundays & local holidays
~ In very rare scenarios if there are any delay in dispatch, you will be intimated via email.

SHIPPING TIMELINES:
~ We ship through BLUEDART and the normal timeline for delivery is about 5 - 7 working days after the dispatch

SHIPPING CHARGES:
~ We charge INR 300 as a flat shipping charge for all the Blind orders.

TRACKING:
~ Once your order is shipped, we will send you the tracking details with tracking number and link to your email.
