  • We ship across India. 
  • Upon the completion of order placement, You will receive an order confirmation on email and whatsapp. Please contact our helpdesk (email wecare@theyellowdwelling.com or
    call +91 9606246004) if you haven’t received a confirmation email or whatsapp.
  • Enjoy free shipping on all orders above ₹1,499* within India. Orders below ₹1,499 will incur a flat shipping charge of ₹149*.
    (*Excluding certain product categories like Home Decor.) Shipping charges may vary based on the product and delivery location, please refer to your order summary for details.
  • Shipping timelines : Ready to dispatch soft furnishings like Cushions, Table cloth, Table runners, Throws, Placemats and Napkins, Bedsheets, Fitted sheets, Quilts and pillow covers : 4 to 6 Business days.
  • Shipping timelines : Custom made soft furnishings like curtains, sofa covers and other soft furnishings which are made to order or require alteration : 8 to 10 Business days
  • Shipping timelines : Other décor products like window frames, mirror frames, wall curios and other wooden décor products : 8-10 Business days.
  • Delivery time solely depends on our courier partner. We do partner only with reputed courier partners who provide live tracking for all the shipped out orders.
  • You can login to your account on our website and track the order status. Once shipped, you will receive an email with the tracking id that can be used on the courier service provider’s website to track shipment. In case, you are having trouble receiving any updates on the order, do get in touch with our customer care at mail wecare@theyellowdwelling.com or call on +91 96062 46004.
  • We accept cancellations as long as the order has not been shipped. Once the order has been shipped, we are unable to cancel it. For cancellation, please contact Customer Care prior to the dispatch of your order. We will respond within 24 hours of receiving your request. Cancellation of custom orders is not possible.
