Return & Replacement Policy

As a small business rooted in sustainability, we are mindful of the environmental impact of reverse logistics, such as fuel usage, packaging waste, and carbon emissions. That’s why we kindly encourage you to make informed purchase decisions to help us minimize unnecessary returns and resource wastage.

If you're unsure about a product's design, fabric, or finish, please don’t hesitate to reach out. Our customer care team will be happy to share additional photos, videos, or even fabric swatches (available at a nominal cost) to help you decide.

Replacement & Return Guidelines

  • Replacements are accepted for most products within 7 days of receipt, except for the categories listed below.
  • Products Not Eligible for Return or Replacement
    • Customized Products: Items made to order, such as custom curtains or sofa covers
    • Discounted Items: Products purchased during sales or promotions
    •  Fragile Home Decor: Mirrors, wall frames, signage, and other delicate decor pieces
    • Wooden Decor & Frames: Products shipped via courier are not eligible for return unless they have a manufacturing defect
  • Return or Replacements are accepted in the following cases:
    • A return or replacement will be provided if the product has a manufacturing defect
    • A return or replacement will be provided if an incorrect item/Wrong SKU was sent
    • Replacements will be offered only one for a particular order

Replacement or return Process

We’re here to help if something’s not right with your order. To make the process smooth and hassle-free, please follow the steps below:


Step 1: Raise a Request (Within 48 Hours)

If you’ve received a wrong product, wrong size, or something with a manufacturing defect, please let us know within 24–48 hours of receiving your order.

Step 2: Share Details

  • Our team will assess the issue. Please send the following details via mail:
    • Photos/videos of the product and packaging
    • Your order number and a brief description of the issue

Step 3: Prepare the Product for Pickup

  • Once your request is approved:
    • You’ll receive a shipping label within 48 hours
    • Please pack the product in the original box or packaging, sealed securely
    • Share images/videos of the packed parcel with us before pickup
    •  Ensure the return is ready within the pickup time slot shared
      Note: Safe and proper packing is the customer’s responsibility to avoid transit damage

Step 4: Product Check & Resolution

  • Returned products must be in unused condition, with tags and original packaging intact
    • Once we receive and inspect the item, we’ll:
    • Send a replacement, or
    • Issue store credit, as applicable

Important:

  • Replacements will not be accepted after 7 days of delivery
  •  We are unable to process returns for reasons outside our Return Policy (e.g., change of mind or mismatch with expectations due to lack of product clarity)
