I had requested a home service for curtain selection, and it was wonderful to experience the curtains in person and within my home setup. This service is greatly appreciated.

We were visited by Ms. Nandini Kumar, who was professional and on-time. However, she faced some challenges in understanding our questions on measurements, and we struggled a bit to communicate with her.

Additionally, it would have been more helpful if the representative could provide expert advice. While we understand that the choice of curtain colors and materials is subjective, we did expect professional guidance on what options would best complement our furniture and layout.

Overall, the home service was valuable, but we suggest adding more expert-led consultation as part of the experience.

Expert was very helpful, understood my requirements and patiently explained the products to me. The products are a little out of my budget but the staff Mr Shukla was excellent
